Customers agree to pay for approved electrical services according to the pricing provided. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered on-site or if requested scope changes during the project.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property and applicable electrical systems. RZ Electrical LLC is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, unsafe site conditions, or third-party scheduling conflicts.
RZ Electrical LLC performs work using reasonable skill and care. Except where required by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, pre-existing conditions, or third-party equipment failures.
Either party may cancel or terminate services according to the agreed written terms. Customers remain responsible for charges related to completed work, special-order materials, and committed labor up to the cancellation date.
